(3:4)
by Željko Heimer, 3 June 2001
From Album 2000 [pay00] -
Minister of Defence (3:4) - Blue flag with white orle and white
anchor in the middle. Similar flag was reported by Jaume
Ollé for Secretary of the Navy
with addition of a white star over the anchor. When was this used
and in what relation to Minister of Defence?
Also Jaume reported a blue flag with anchor for the
Chief of Navy, not found in Album
either. [geo17] gives this flag of
the Secretary of Navy, though. Both those images are set to 3:4
ratio though in the sources they are not so.)

National Geographic, 1917 [geo17]

471 - Cuba Secretary of Navy (as above without the border).
